Since 1948, RTFC has operated as a nonprofit, member-owned cooperative supporting refineries, ports, and petrochemical facilities across the Gulf Coast. Originally formed to bring shared fire protection resources to high-risk industrial operations, the organization has grown into one of the nation’s leading industrial emergency response providers. Today, that legacy continues through a commitment to readiness, collaboration, and protecting critical infrastructure.
